Our mission is to ensure steady work for our
Membership and to teach, train and mentor each other to
further the craft of film making in order to guarantee
professionalism and the utmost creativity. We support and
promote each other and welcome new Members to our association
for the betterment of our welfare and long-term success. Vision
We are intact and unified as an association
and have become the most respected and influential
group in the film industry. Through our highly trained
and motivated membership, we have assumed leadership roles
at all levels of the film business and are working around the
globe. The DGC BC epitomizes individual creativity and group
solidarity; our members are the first choice in the industry. Values
